Cesar Villarroel

• Cesar has a career and professional experience of more than 13 years, which has allowed him to acquire a solid background in accounting, tax, financial, auditing techniques and international taxation.
• He is assistant manager of ANC and specializes in internal control activities, supervision and review of processes related to compliance with tax, labor and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• In the field of transfer pricing and international taxation, he has conducted diagnostics and analysis of related party transactions, preparation of transfer pricing reports and transfer pricing pre-valuation consultations.
• Cesar also has experience in the development and support of tax refund and assessment processes initiated by the Internal Revenue Service.
• His professional practice has been carried out in multinational groups within the following sectors: mining, oil, pharmaceutical, commercial, service providers, among others, in countries such as Panama, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador.
